Accessibility
How this website is kept usable for everyone and how to report a barrier.
Last updated: 25 October 2026
infozelle aims to make infozelle.info usable on any device, in any browser and with any assistive technology. This statement sets out what has been done, which shortcomings remain and how to report a problem.
1. Our approach
At infozelle, accessible pages are part of everyday maintenance rather than an extra. Each new page and each change of design is checked so that text stays readable, the menu can be used without a mouse and no information depends on a single visual cue. The statement applies to infozelle.info only.
2. Reporting a barrier
Please report any accessibility problem by email to hello@infozelle.info or by telephone on 01865 497 312. A short note on the page, the difficulty and the device or assistive technology involved helps us reproduce the fault; we usually reply within five working days and explain what we will do about it.
3. Measures taken
The website uses semantic HTML with a clear heading structure, one main heading per page and link texts that make sense on their own. Navigation and main content are marked as separate regions, each page states its language for screen readers, and images that carry information have text alternatives.
Text, links and buttons are shown with a contrast of at least 4.5 to 1 against their background. Sizes are set in relative units, so text can be enlarged in the browser without content being cut off, and links, menus and form fields can be used with the keyboard alone.
4. Known limitations
Some pictures are general illustrations with a short alternative text rather than a full description.
5. Conformance
We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. At present this site is only partially conformant: most content satisfies the guidelines, while the points listed below do not. Where a requirement cannot be met immediately, we look for another way of supplying the information.
6. Other ways to reach us
This website is not the only way of obtaining information from infozelle. You can telephone us on 01865 497 312 during normal business hours, write to hello@infozelle.info or send a letter to 14 Cooper Yard, Jericho, Oxford OX2 6HT. Where a page is not accessible to you, we will read the information out by telephone or supply it in plain text form.
7. Preparation and review
The present statement is dated 25 October 2026 and rests on a self-assessment carried out by infozelle, not on an external audit. We examined the navigation, the contact form and the main page types ourselves, using a keyboard, browser zoom and a screen reader. We review the text once a year and whenever the website is rebuilt.
